If you somehow manage to reach Shadows in Flight, just stop there. I wouldn't recommend it- it spoils (well, 'spoils') the Shadow series' finale, and doesn't really add anything of note to the plot as a whole. Once you're through those, Ender's Shadow is worth flicking through if you'd like more Battle School- it's a great read, but it's where the rot starts to set in. They're the best books in the series, and the closest it gets to serious, interesting science fiction. Start with Ender's Game, then move on to Speaker for the Dead, Xenocide and Children of the Mind.
